	Copy of gift check.
	Copy of deposit receipt.

Income

If you work for a company:

Two most recent pay stubs

Previous year's W2

If you are self-employed:

Complete tax return (with all schedules) for previus year

If you are retired:

Pension Award Letter

If you receive Social Security:

Social Security Award Letter

If you are counting child support as income:

Copy of divorce decree

Copy of twelve months' cancelled child support checks

Miscellaneous

Driver's license

If applicable, a copy of your divorce decree

If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your visa
